    Thanks for starting this thread and everyone else who chimed in. I was just about to drop $500 for a Z30 from them because they had the best price. You guys just saved me many hours and hundreds of dollars of frustration!

    I too have had a huge problem with no results. I am amazed that PayPal would even associate themselves with this company.
    Sent email to PayPal requesting payback as "PayPal Guarantees Fraud Protection".
