    As with a lot of people on here, will be testing betas, when it comes to the surveys, i'm running 1047 and a new survey is available and it asks for my os, should I be honest? Will they smack my arse with a virtual backhand?

    Why not be honest? The various leaks are from BlackBerry themselves, so the more information they have on how any application works on any of the operating systems can only assist in making said applications better on any OS that is currently used.

    It's not like they are your service provider and your device will no longer be supported or something like that.

    I was honest. If they ban my account for taking a survey and admitting that I'm on a leak, then screw them. I'll either figure out a way to get unbanned or move to another platform...

    I don't think they would do anything though.

    I've always given my true OS version (almost always leaked) since I joined the BetaZone. I've never had a comment or question about it.
