    The internal documents don't mention the $700 value, it's the contest Rules and Regulations:

    5.1 Prizes: There are a total of five (5) BlackBerry 10 Smartphones available to be won. Approx retail value $700.00 Cdn each.
    Although we should note that it says "Approx", that places the Z10 at about $50 more than the Galaxy S3, going by Bell's pricing on the website.
