Hi, I badly need your help,.I can't use my phone due to boot loop issue..it all started after using auto loader to bypass BB id and password.The BB id and password is correct because when i press forgot password to send a link to my email add to reset password.I still receive email but cannot proceed to next step.so i updated os using BB link but as a result I have a boot loop issue. no it boot for 2-4 seconds then turns off with blinking red light and I cant turn it on..my phone is still detected by my laptop

Thank you for your reply Sir.I was able to successfully reflash my mobile phone using autoloader STL-100-1-10.3.1.634 with my battery removed.Every time I try auto loader with my battery on the phone; it wont continue with the process.always stuck and wont continue..so I decided to remove my battery and I works..my phone is ok now and functional..thank you CB
