Hello bb friends i have stl100-1 z10 and i just download and install the software 10.1.0.273 this is 504 mb size after completing need to download again same version but now 1008 mb size?
Should i need to download it?
What should i do?

Hi Kgx10 and welcome to CB community !

Can you describe the process you use to update ? Is this OTA (from the phone), via Link (desktop) or a leaked version (PC/loader) ?
Also, can you give us some details about your model (STL-100-x : see settings/About/hardware panel), your carrier and location (P.S: you could do that in your profile, so that you don't have to post it again !) ?

This will help us to (try to) answer your question.
But as a preliminary one, if your device works ok, just leave it as-is for the moment. Plus, the size of the update might be inaccurate (if you accept, the real DL size may be slightly different, even close to zero).

This software is from my phone because when i check for software update ang its there.
By the way i have stl100-1 model.
I tried to restart my phone
And still the version is 10.0 and i have update available 10.1.0.273

Maybe the initial update has been interrupted or corrupted.
I suggest you first proceed a full backup with link and then try the upgrade again.

"In case of ..." I have an additional question : Did you swap your regular SIM with another one to perform the upgrade ?
"my bad English question" : what is "ang" ?

Hello my friend superfly "Ang" is typo error. ^_^
Any way i have a poor wifi connection i didnt download this update as a continuesly. Maybe i download it 3 more days then i pause download then after an hour resume again. Is this 1 of the reason why i cant update it successfully?

At least it's a very possible source of problems... is your desktop on wifi too ? Could explain why update don't show here. Try to wire it in that case and see if link can help.

You're very welcome.

You have to download and install blackberry link on your computer. Then plug your Z10 via USB. Link should handle the update after a short while.
Start with a full backup within link. It worse. The time.
