    I am slowly starting to hate my BB10 with a passion not only when I sync'd my business email to it did it delete ALL my emails on my server (host could only recover from last site backup) I cannot figure out why for the life of this phone when I plug it in to my computer like I would with my torch, curve etc the computer will not recognize it through the USB port.

    I have looked in all the settings on the phone and cannot figure out what is stopping it from being recognized when plugged into my pc ... however when plugged in it charges and says device connected to computer on the phone screen but won't show it in the my computer area where it use to for my torch (blackberry i: blackberry j: or whatever it was)

    Any help would be wonderful!

    Settings, Storage and Access, scroll to bottom, turn On Mass Storage Mode.

    I believe you have to have an SD card for this feature to show up? I don't have an SD card and I don't have that option in my settings.
