Since my update to 2122 on Verizon the BBVE icon is gone. In app permissions I still see it, and when I try to reinstall it from the app store, I see the OPEN button but not INSTALL meaning it's on my device. I want to delete it and reinstall but I can't find the thing.

Cab anyone help? Much obliged.

It's now incorporated into 'Help'. You'll be able to access it through there. If you still want to delete it, go to your Device Monitor and delete it through there.

I found it in HELP and I see it in the Device Monitor, but the delete function there is disabled ; the trashcan icon is ghosted.

I don't get it, I have to now launch HELP, type in bbve, and tap on 1 of the results to get to it? Why not just an icon on top level with just 1 tap??

You would launch Help, then tap on 'Testing' to launch BBVE. Blackberry incorporated it into Help as an extended function of it. If you want the regular BBVE, you will have to download it from BlackBerry World & disable Automatic Updates in the Software Updates section of your phone's settings.
I've tried doing that before but it would announce there's a new OS update and return BBVE to hidden into Help.
