Anyone of u encounter this problem?

I was able to use the BBM voice and video call just fine earlier. Then when I wanted to do it again, suddenly it says "Make sure u're connected to wifi and try again."

I restarted my phone, rebooted the router. And tried again, but to no avail.

Why is it that it was just fine earlier then suddenly it broke down like that? In my BBM there isn't any icons for the BBM call anymore.

Anyone has a solution for this?

And yes both target and myself are on wifi already. Nothing wrong with the wifi connection

Not me. I use it all the time over 4G and its amazing.

I've been away in Germany phoning back to the UK using BBM voice and I have to say the quality of the calls have been amazing. Couple of times when the call didn't connect immediately, but otherwise no problem.

Yes I also do. When at home there is wifi connection so the bbm voice call/ vidio call icon is on but when I was a way from home there is no wifi connection the icon is gone.
That mean the bbm voice call/ vidio call need wifi connection to use it?

I think there is a setting where you can use bbm over your mobile network

I having Samsung s3 and Z10 when i trying to call Samsung.call is not connect but i can hear the ringing tone.But from samsung i try to call z10 call is connected.Then i tried to call other BBM my friend(Samsung Grand os 4.3 ) from my Samsung S3 call is not connected.
Help me please
