    What is going on with BlackBerry, my BBM has been down since early hours this morning and it's still down, I'm reading that some people's has been done and yet mine hasn't. How many people's has been fixed and who's still waiting for theirs to be fixed cos this is really doing my head in now as I can't reply to none of my BBM messages, so come on BlackBerry get this problem sorted now.

    hell I am on a 3 day bbm outage...this drives me nuts. They know (both carrier and BB) and are working on it but it is llooooooooonnnnnnnnnnggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg .

    Just done that and still no good I'm getting really pissed of with BlackBerry now, I've had my Z10 since the first week of launch in the uk and this is my 3rd Z10, if they don't fix it this fone will be going back hut I won't be coming back to BlackBerry again sick of Al the bull**** now with them.

    Calm down. It's not blackberry's fault if YOU are experiencing that. Try to resolve it instead of over panicking. It's probably just your configuration

    hmm Id definitely call ur carrier then, I have no issues here at all it must be a carrier thing. maybe they don't have u provisioned correctly in there system?

    I just called my carrier Vodafone and they said my sim card needs updating but they couldn't do it manually so I have to go and get a new sim tomorrow when j Ho and pick up my Q10.

    This should be your first reaction. People overreact way too much. If BBM didnt work for me for more then a few days I would be making phone calls to get it fixed, not posting on here how I'm so mad or how done I am with Blackberry. Funny how it wasn't even their issue but your carriers.

    Well they've told me to pick up a new sum card tomorrow when I pick up my Q1010, wether it works or not I don't know but I will just have to wait and see tomorrow.

    I had similar issues, but only with one contact, which started after the BBM issues on Friday. However, after a device reload and multiple adds / deletes of the contact which didn't seem to work, it's now fixed itself by about 8pm UK time tonight.

    Guess you just need to play the waiting game.

    This just happened to me this morning. All the BBM groups that I am in are all gone and I can't join any. When I try to create a group to join, it tells me that I've reached the maximum number of groups that I can join and that I must leave or delete a group before it can be done. Well, there are no groups showing so wtf is going on?

    Please check the free space on your device memory and if it is low, move data to SD card and get rid of apps that you don't use much and / or take up big chunk of memory space and reboot.

    I believe that device memory available has a direct effect on BBM functionality from my experience.
