    I can't change my status on bbm since three days...
    Why this happen??
    And what to do to be able to do it?

    You just posted you wanted a number yourself for BlackBerry, how is the OP supposed to know this 'number'. :-/

    Carriers are the support for BlackBerry and they can only connect you to other support as far as I know.

    I was facing this problem all day yesterday and this morning. I tried EVERYTHING. and finaly found this and it FIXED IT !!!

    • go to your APP world download an application My Profiles Light. its an application that changes your profile pic and status to stupid things like i am at work.
    • anyways choose any of them and ur bbm might freeze close it and open again and do it again and it will change and it will go back to normal so you can change it as you wish.



    Honestly this was the hardest problem i had with BBM EVER and i am considered a BBM go to guy to solve things.
