    All my led and sounds work except for bbm. Sounds are on and LED but it doesnt work in bbm. Email,txt and call both sounds and led work. Settings in bbm ping is also on but when being ping it doesnt make a sound. Anyone experiencing this and did you get to fix it?
    Im using stl100-1. Also tried hard reset and battery pull.

    Do you need the latest Bbm version?

    Go to BlackBerry World and check for updates

    I have the latest version. I want to try to reinstall bbm is there a way to do it? I tried in BlackBerry world once have the latest version it will just say open.
