    hi everybody ...
    i just bought a BB Z10 ..
    when i am using it without sim card and only on wifi...BBM works well and very fast..
    but when i got the SIM card inserted in the Z10 .. BBM doesnt work @ all .. even if the WIFI is connected ...
    i have a Data Plan * 1GB * .. and still my BBM is not working ...
    actually i am thinking of returning my BBZ10 and go back to the 9900 Bold ///

    any help please :S

    Call your carrier to make sure all services are activated. Happened to me too, it's a provisioning problem

    Read threads in BB10, Z10, Q10 - BBM doesn't work in some regions and in both legacy and BB10 devices.

    Make sure you aren't using BlackBerry services your package should be mobile Internet
