    bbm not working on my z10.it displays a message "No Blackberry Data Found ".i also done some steps that i found here
    settings-about-network-register blackberry.
    but after doing this it shows registration requested and nothing happens.
    what should i do plz help me out

    have you tried rebooting the phone?
    Have you tried uninstalling BBM and reinstalling it?

    Did you buy this from a site like ebay? If you did then you might want to check the product page or ask the seller to confirm if BBM works on this device. There are bootlegged BlackBerry devices being sold extremely cheap. BBM will not work on these devices.

    yes, i tried rebooting but it not worked.
    As the bbm is system app i'm unable to uninstall it

    yes, i bought it online, but not from ebay.i bought it from amazon at 12000,And nothing is written on the product page as you mentioned.
