    Updated to 10.2.1055 last night. Didn't check BBM until now. I keep getting the "No BlackBerry Data" "BBM is unable to connect to the server. Please try again later." message. Any help would be appreciated.

    After hours of playing around, I have fixed the issue. Seems like the issue I had was the BBM that I had backed up in my multiple backup files was crashed in an odd way. The way around this is to start essentially from scratch. After loading up the OS, you have to stay with it without using BB Link to restore old files.

    I need some help.When I try to open BBM the screen opens for a second then shuts down.

    Thanks for the reply. I'm on Rogers, OS is 10.2.1.1055, devise is STL 100-3. The other day I downloaded Mockit from the Betazone, played with it a bit, and then BBM started acting up. Any help is very much appreciated.

    I only know of 1055 not playing nice with the new beta bbm. The work around was to load the previous bar on top.

    just did an upgrade to OS 10.2.1.1259 seems to have fixed it
