    Please help.
After the new OS update to 10.1 BBM does not longer appear in my HUB and new messages are not displayed on the homescreen, though my contacts still saved in my BBM and I can send and recieve messages.

I have tried reloading, security wipe, restarting the hub and my device. STL100-2

If you go into the Hub and go to Settings > Hub Management, is BBM set to On?

You know where this was posted from!

Did you go to hub settings and make sure that bbm and what ever else you want is turned in?

    Welcome to the Crackberry forums!

In your hub press the overflow menu (the three dots on the bottom-right), then click on settings. In the settings, click on Hub Management and it should show you which accounts are displayed in your hub.

    Hope this helps.

    Any more ideas?
That is frustrating to open BBM once a day and see 12 unread messages there....

    Desperation....

    Two ideas:

You could try forcing the HUB to reset. 5 (6 in 10.0) swipes from the top right corner will force the HUB to reboot.

And how about rebooting the device? Hold the top buttom till you see the BlackBerry logo and loading bar again.

I have an STL100-2 Blackberry Z10. After updating it via BB Link to the official OS 10.1.0.1720 BBM disappeared form the HUB and HUB settings. Now I do not get notifications from BBM. But I can see the messages if I open the BBM app and go to a chat thread. Reloading the HUB with five swipes and restarting the phone does not help. Seams that it is not an isolated issue for the person who started this forum thread.

I found out that loading without SIM helps with the issue... Called my provider they said they make no restrictions for Z10. Seems that blackberry has some restrictions for blackberry messenger in specific regions....

    Hope there is a solution...

I heard some regional problems may be solved with VPN.... Can anyone suggest? Need advice before paying for the VPN

It is weird how there is a total blackout on this issue in the net. I'd actually like to find some king of a comprehensive reply to this problem from Blackberry. I did ask this question on #BlackberryHelp twitter and received some advice from their team that did not have any positive effect at all. The problem still persists.
