    Hi there,

    I just changed from a bold 9900 to a Z10. For some reason BBM only works in spurs. The one second I can use it no problem, messages are being sent and received then out of no where it quits sending and receiving. Then after a couple hours it works again. I've pulled the battery and all sorts of stuff. Any one have a idea?

    What happens when it doesn't work? Stuck in sending?
    Also, when not working, are the BlackBerry dots on home screen in top right corner?

    Check mark means the infrastructure got the message. Are you sending to different people or one in particular? The problem may not be on your end.

    Hmmm. I'd contact your carrier. Which can troubleshoot and get ya to BlackBerry if needed
