I'm finding quite a bit of BBM lag. When I return to a chat it takes a while for everything to appear.

When I send a message, takes awhile to show up.

I'm new to BBM. Is this normal?

Had this same issue, turns out I had a defective device. BB is replacing my phone as we speak. One thing that was suggested to me though as a "thing to try" is to erase your chat history. Excessive chat history can often be the culprit as it has to load it in its entirety. If you need your history saved, there is a setting that allows your history to be logged. Good luck!
