Hi all,
Firstly I am not too technical so I usually foul things up as I have done today. I installed BBM on my ipad 3, as I want contact with my friends who have an android phone. No problem with the download from the Apple store. I then went through the setup procedure and it then pointed out that my id is connected to another device, which was my Z10. I asked it to switch which it did but I noticed that some of my contacts were missing, one in particular who has an android phone. Anyway, I deleted the app and went back to my Z10. Opened up BBM in there and that too asked me if I wanted to switch which of course I did but that is where the problem starts. It will not allow me to switch back for some reason. Great! So much for ease if use, not!
Any ideas please?

Just an update. I decided to restart my z10. Waited for it to boot up and then saw that BBM was back to normal.
