Hello just wanted to see if anyone experiencing the same, for the second time now I got an error message when trying to open bbm, restarted phone, then after a few minutes it set back up but all chats were deleted even though I save them, anyone else seeing this?..

EDIT - when this happens, I also have to reenter my number on whatsapp

Me too in 3-4 days but difference in Whatsapp contacts, groups and chats are there after you login with your number but it BBM, I lost my groups, all chats were deleted even though I had save chat history on and not all BBM contacts are showing up. Really pissed me off because many chats with family members got deleted and more importantly they had info about my brother's angioplasty procedure he went under today... but thanks for Whatsapp that a lot of that info was posted in my family group chat and was still there after the BBM hiccup

Wow, at least that was sorted then. Yeah the most annoying thing is I have save chat on but it's useless when this happens, and I lose a lot of conversations people think I'm ignoring them and stuff.for me it hasn't happened for some time now, hopefully 10.1 will fix

Everyone who's having issues there's a possible fix, just about to try it I'll let you know if it does anything but it's useful anyway, it goes. Settings>about>catergory=network>3dots(options) > register, after this do a battery pull leaving about 5 Mins! If you so it post results!
