I am getting an error when i am trying to open bbm. Started when i was about to open a bbm message. It says bb id loading then says temporary server error! Please help

it sounds weird ik but sometimes bis can not keep up with our phones hence error try changing the time and date like i said

Error went away on its own without doing anything. Probably the server was temporary down

I'm currently having the same issue as well.
Edit: I tried changing the time and date, but that didn't work for me, unless there's a certain thing to be done.

It has been a couple of hours now since I started experiencing the problem. Not sure what exactly is affecting it, as I tried changing the time (hours, minutes, and even seconds).

Same issue in the UK since 9am yesterday its now 2am Saturday the following day. Still doing the same thing. Time and Date are correct. All settings on the phone are also correct. Working last night.. today it wasn't. Too many people complaining about this all over the world. All using Z10's the old system using BIS subscription is still working. Im getting messages from people they show in notifications but cant open them. Tries to set up and then says Server Error. �500 for a phone and it lasts 2 months and its now a paper weight. Cheers Blackberry. You wonder why people are dumping Blackberry for anything.

It seems to me that the problem is server-side, as I still can't understand how changing the time and/or date fixes such a thing. Hopefully someone who has it fixed for them may shed some light on those still affected by it.

Out of nowhere everything started working again. I'm guessing the issues where fixed on the server-side as I didn't do anything from my end.

I'm having the issues myself. I just loaded the leaked 10.2.1 OS. That may have something to do with it...any help? I've got a Q10.

dear friends, someone post in other threat that try to program your bbm without using wifi, that would make that carrier antena to work and the blackberry to receive al the data.

Why you must have the correct date and hour becuase is part of the process that blackberry had since the first devices to be fully functional
