    My brother also has a Z10... and his BBM icon just disappeared a couple of days ago. He can still access it through the hub, but the icon is gone. He has tried resetting, pulling the battery.... still gone.

    Any ideas?

    Same thing happened to my Z10 today. App is still installed but icon is nowhere to be found.

    Strange thing. My brother found the icon. It was buried in a folder he created. But he didn't put it there. Check around to see if the same thing happened to you.

    He did. The ONLY way to create a folder on BB10, is to put one app on top of the other. He just didn't remember, so he said he didn't do it...but there's no other way to create a folder.

    LOL. You're right... of course he did it. His first reaction was that there was a bug in the OS. Too funny.
