My groups in bbm just totally disappeared. I'm in six different ones. My contacts appear to be ok. Any idea on why this happened and how to fix it? I've done a battery pull, no luck. I'm with Verizon so I'm still running 10.09.

Any help or advice greatly appreciated.

Try to subscribe to one that you were subscribed to before, and see what it says. Albeit, still weird...

I have the same issue, just did a security wipe too. Same crap. I'm on 10.0.1085 (T-Mobile)

I've had this happen to me and I couldn't find a proper way to fix it. I security wiped it, and everything but it still didn't work. The only thing that did eventually fix it was 10.1 upgrade. I don't know if that's any consolation but when you do get the update, then you have one evidence of it getting fixed then.
