    Hi everyone,

    Please I need your help...

    I updated my BBM yesterday to 10.13.6.9 since then my BBM is stuck on the same message (restoring your BBM information) , and nothing changed, I restarted my device, I pulled the battery out, I changed the Internet provider and nothing changed please help
