hello everyone., I have purchased a new z10. there's a problem in bbm. after logging into bbm, the app opened but it showed a message like- "No blackberry data, bbm is unable to connect to the server". I have reloaded the OS using link once and with an autoloader next time. I opened settings and about and networks and tried to register blackberry. tried security wipe . tried logging in using different blackberry id. tried putting the phone to flight mode. Even pulled the battery and re inserted after some time. But still the problem exists. Current OS version is 10.3.2.680. I have updated to latest- 10.3.2.2836. But it didn't help. So again installed .680 version using autoloader. Please give some instructions(apart from what I have tried) to solve this issue.
P.S - My device is unlocked. STL-100-2.

Thanks for the reply., I have purchased through amazon,India. Never thought the sellers in amazon cheat customers like this. I'm going to return the product.
