    So now that BBM is cross platform is there anyway to scan contacts to see if any of my contacts are now on BBM?

    On BlackBerry 10 it will suggest contacts, not sure on iPhone or android

    And the email address you have in their contact has to be the same one they used with their BlackBerry ID for it to suggest them.
