Hey everyone,
I got my new z10 a while back and I noticed that most of my BBM contact photos are gone. My BBM contacts are connected to my contacts in my address book and when I look at them through my address book, photos are there.
I am very frustrated at this point, and I hope someone can help me with this.

The pictures will update themselves, when your BBM contact changes their picture it'll appear there, it happened to me as well but now all of my contacts have pictures.

well, it has been like this for a long time, and I lose them and get them very randomly. I am not sure that photos would update by themselves.

I had this issue. But after a battery pull it seemed to correct itself.

Or try sending out a broadcast message to get them updating

Thanks for your replies. I tried battery pulls but that didnt really work.
