    Hi there

    I recently updated to the 10.1.0.4181 software release and then had to do a reload due to an issue with a stuck email account in the hub.
    However since the reload - I can no longer connect to BBM, I get a server error & if I retry it just sticks at the restoring bbm info stage.

    Any ideas??? I have done the usual re-boots etc etc.

    There aren't any BBM outages going on, so there has to be an issue with the software on your device.. you COULD try reloading the OS again, but that's a pain.. if you have access to beta zone, I would suggest installing the latest version of BBM channels, that should kick BBM into gear.

    Had the same problem... Thanks for your help!!! Why didn't I think of that?

    Mine did the same after installing a leak took 8 wipes and it fixed. I don't think I wiped my phone proper
