    Pretty much at my end with BB10.

    BBM channels just wont load. Keeps saying "Failed to connect to a BlackBerry 10 device. Please reconnect the device and retry."
    I've restarted both my PC and my device already and that didn't help

    FFS BLACKBERRY!!!!! WORK ON YOUR **** BEFORE YOU RELEASE IT!!!!

    are you using the official bb cable? also you need bb link to be open and running

    Not an attack! But BlackBerry doesn't need to get their sh1t together in this case because Channels is still in Beta and not an official release.

    So have some patients and give it another try. Or just wait for the official before you Officially state the complaint.

    I'm in the same boat with the OP...it's driving me nuts!!! I have tried EVERTHING I can think of, including what he's done.

    Kris, I've tried it with BB Link both on and off...no dice. As for the cable...yes, in my situation.

    I was in the same situation last week. I couldn't connect to BlackBerry Link or load BBM channels. What I did was completely deleted BlackBerry Link and re downloaded it. Right mouse click and run as administrator. Works perfect now
