    Yes. You need to get it from the BlackBerry Beta Zone. it is not in BBWORLD

    Go to BlackBerry Beta zone on your PC, and create an account. Then sign up for BBM Channels, a small program will be installed on your PC. You will also receive an e mail with a code, copy this code. Connect your device via usb to PC, then run program that was just installed, then paste the code number when requested. Channels will be installed onto your device
