I have a BB Z10 with me stl100-1, during wipe some issue error occurred causing 0015 error to pop up so using the data base, i went to link did what was required and it never worked. Once that happened, now when ever i start that BB or plug it in, it shows the red led, shows the blackberry name and then a red exclamation mark on a battery and after 10 seconds its off.
please tell me what to do, i even had an autoloader but it shows 'connecting to bootrom' and its stuck there

Try these steps to recover your BlackBerry Z10:

    1. Remove the battery from your BlackBerry Z10 and leave it out.
    2. Make sure that you have the autoloader for your device (STL100-1) and not for the STL100-2/3/4.
    3. Download the latest autoloader for your device (here is a link for 10.3.1.2708) and extract the file to your desktop. You'll need something like WinRAR or 7Zip to extract the contents of the downloaded file.
    4. Run the autoloader file from where you extracted it to. At this point you should be prompted with the "Connecting to bootrom..." message.
    5. Connect your device to the computer using the micro USB cable.

At this point, it should begin uploading the RAM image and then flash your device with the OS and radio images. Once the autoloader has finished flashing your device, you can reinsert the battery and should be able to start it normally.

Try removing the battery and connecting a (preferredly a rapid) charger up to the device. <(boy that was dumb!)

Try reinserting the battery while it's connecting to the bootrom.
