Nobody can justify how crappy Facebook is on the Z10. If you use it regularly you know exactly what I'm talking about. Random posts from a week ago, showing a couple new posts then ones from a couple days ago then shows posts from a couple hours ago. It's all over the place. It's like it has no recognition of time or the day. Why the downgrade from 0S7? And don't give me that " mine works fine must be your Berry" BS. I've read hundreds of reviews on the app world.

Mine works fine, must be your berry.. Lol no in reality, have you tried researching this a bit? You do know if you go on the FB website and change it from "Top Stories" to "Most Recent" it fixes your issue right? That's why it jumps around, it's showing you "Top Stories".....

On your computer, change display posts to "Most Recent".

But be Advised op you may have to change the sort from top stories to recent more then once. I have had mine reset to top stories three times and have no idea why.

Facebooks integration of "Top Stories" is barely effective at best. You do have to change it to Most Recent more than once though, for some reason they keep changing back to Top Stories.

What makes this crappy default apps issue worse is their tight integration with the OS and each other, which means third party substitutes are not going to work as well.

A real good third party Facebook app is not gonna work if my hub and share button is designed to work with the default one.

I know everything can be integrated but they will never work together as well as the default bundle can be.

You can change it through mobile phone too. Not sure how it looks on the BB, but on the Android, you can change that via "options" menu. Those three lines in the top left corner and press a gear, then you can choose whether you want Top or Recent Stories

Its the same crap in the android version. I have mine for most recent and it is constantly giving my old news or posts from days ago. Poor protocols by Facebook.

Meh, it's not like you don't get crappy bugs like this on the iOS version. My wife could only see 3 pics out of a 48 pic gallery. I could see it fine on my Z10. Stop being such a drama queen.

When you access the side menu and see News Feed there is no Gear icon to allow you to change the News Feed settings. I agree, this is one of the worst apps I have ever seen. Even when I log in from my computer and verify my news feed is set to most recent the Z10 Facebook app is still all over the place.

Go to Facebook in your PHONE browser, change the option to sort by recent and just exit without logging out to always be signed in when use the browser. The app should now permanently sort properly.

on a windoze pc/ lappy or linux machine same issues. not Z10 issue, or bberry or anything else...tis a facebook issue as they drive us to what 'they' want us to see.
