    Hey guys, for a 15 year old I'm loving the z10 right now, way way better than the iPhone and Android! The only problem I have is this:

    If I open my social media apps (e.g Igrann, snap2chat, twitter) my phone will freeze for about 10-15 seconds, it will freeze whatever music I'm playing and it will completely make my phone "un-moveable" for those 10-15 seconds.

    STL100-1
    OS 10.2.1.1925
    Any help is nice!

    That's unusual!
    I only have three or four things going at once mind you, but I don't experience that freezing. Maybe you should check to see how much free memory you have in device manager?

    I usually have 800-1000mb/2gb after 2-3 hours of usage, but my phone only freezes when I use a social media app that requires to load a time line

    Mine freezes occasionally when I go from snapchat to active frames. It will still retain some functionality tho: screen shots. Volume, and screen stay lit. However, screen becomes useless and even the power button doesn't work. First issue since I updated officially via VZW. It's happened 2x, annoying for sure.

    It's been rock-solid for me, but I avoid Android apps which may not be feasible for youngsters.
