Default BB10 Dev Alpa B has a Wider Aperture than the Dev Alpha A and iPhone 5

Having a dev alpha B + A + iphone 5 i was comparing the camera quality between the 3, the Dev Alpha A had impressed me early on, but the Dev Alpha B and iPhone 5 are ahead and pretty much equal for the most part from my limited testing.

In trying to understand the difference in camera between the dev alphas, i decided to compare the EXIF data using this app - "Exif Scrubber" by Yohanes Nugroho (not my app, just extremely grateful someone created it!!). The app is designed to let you remove all the exif data, but thankfully it lets you view it as well.

    The EXIF data revealed:

    Dev Alpha A - f/2.6
    Dev Alpha B - f/2.2
    iPhone 5 - f/2.4

What this means is that the aperture in the Dev Alpha B, and possibly the BB10 London is going to have better low-light camera performance than an iphone 5. (read up on what fstops represent)
I'm attaching a photo taken with the Dev Alpha B

this is actually for a pic taken with the dev alpha A, and the f-stop is 2.6 so i stand corrected, the exposure time for most of my pics were ~ 1/20 of a sec, but this one was the fastest/shorttest exposure time i saw.
