Hi just to day my bb z10 seems to have decided it Dose not what to work with my bbm any more ate used to get the bb 4 dot symbol next to 3G but now it will not show up when using my mobile network ate have reset the phone done battery pull and it's still not working

Aye dunno what aye can do has any one had this problem before and fixed it?
Are should aye return my z10 and get a new handset

More than likely it has to do with your phone being provisioned properly by your carrier, call them and ask them to double check the imei

Hand set was bought sim free phone did not come from a network

Unlocked aye mean aye bought it with out a sim in it so works on any network just for some reason to day it will not let me bbm unless aye use my wifi

You need data on your carrier plan. If data not enabled no bbm

Yer it's enabled aye have 6month of bbm and Internet on tmobile.
I noticed it was on 3g lower g when was not working.
I Turned network off and on by settings and when i turned it back on it seems to be working now maybe it was just a network failt

That happens from time to time if you're reception is weak. I was told before the z10 came out that you need at least 3 bars of wireless signal before data was reliable. Glad it is working now for you.

Idk what that's about. I have had no data problems regardless of signal
