After i updated my BB Z10 to new official update 10.3.1. I have this problem with my handset because it hangs sometimes to an extent where it can't perform any task. Most of the times am forced to switch it off n restart to return to normal so that it can run again, And with another minute or two it again get stuck so. kindly assist me on how I can solve this issue.

Check device monitor and if you the better solution, reload software without restore

As suggested check the device monitor and see which Program is eating up on your memory. Also check the amount of Device storage you have left on your device.

I am unable to open any application
When i switch on my phone within minutes my phone stops opening any apps
Blackberry hub too
I am not able to open setting too

Mine was like that for about 3 hours after the install, just need to give it time to settle in and update and refresh all the stuff on your phone.

I updated my device around 10 hours back
Its still in same position
i want my contacts and just tried real hard from past one hours but unable to do that

as asked i checked everything and find nothing bcz everything was okay memory wasnt getting sucked by any app even i deleted almost every app there is no data on my device
more then 8Gb free space and 1.4gb+ free ram
what more it need i dont know

Guys i have to restart my phone z10 every 10 minutes for it to work..... i am unable to open any folders or apps post 10 minutes unless the same has been re started....... need help asap n the same has happened post an official 10.3.1565 update yesterday night in India. Kindly suggest if we can roll back to previous version for the same.

Have the same problem with z10 after system update to 10.3.1 - after couple minute have to restart device to do anything, link brakes connection too.

Guys i have tried security swipe 20 mins ago and it gave me an error

Just updated my OS to 10.3.1 on my Z10, and now my Z10 resembles an old OS found in iPhone5. In terms of the new look I'm not happy. However, if it's a BlackBerry OS, it's still the best OS you can buy.

Hi, I have a problem too, should I just post it here or make a new thread or perhaps email BlackBerry (report bug)?

So here's mine, after I update my Z10, everything else works perfectly but one thing, any BlackBerry native apps such as Hub, BBM, Contacts, Pictures etc etc keeps getting Horizontal mode, but I already set them as Vertical mode with Rotation Lock

Albeit minor this is pretty annoying, I'm more like Vertical screen kinda guy, anyone here have the same problem? Thanks in advance for responding..

I have re started my phone around 25 times today for it to work for 10 minutes and to get back to the restart mode...... link simply breaks up and nothing can be done it becomes like a dead meat..... solution is required asap..... kindly help asap

Same problems as being reported with Z10 hub and contacts freeze. Contacts took hours b4 they showed up after update. Have to restart constantly. Will we get knowledge hub response soon from BlackBerry?

So far so good; there are some things I expected from this official os; I installed the official yst, though was using a leak 10.3.1.2072, I expected more from the new official update; for instance ; android runtime on video apps like VLC, Mobo player and mx player still cracks, including instagram videos for android, 2) the boot screen is still not smooth; it only get smooth when It's been touched ; 3) interactive zone ain't dat active, like flip to save power etc, 4) battery seemed good on my previous leak; this official still needs tweaking on the battery power consumption. And I also expected a dark hub; like that of Q10. Cuz I use a z10 phone. So far these are my observations and opinions. Thanks
