No. Only the SD-Card will show as removable storage.

It use to show up before, and even in Blackberry Device Manager Properties you will see both internal and memory card and when you right click it would ask you to mount drive but nothing happens

    Try to reinstall the drivers.

Then at the options at the device manager, mount the volumes.

Sometimes I have to open BlackBerry Link, and I get a pop up asking me to sign in with my BlackBerry ID, then the drives are mounted; phone memory shows as "flash" and memory card shows as "sd".

Make sure in your phone settings you allow storage to be accessed using wifi.

I never managed to access the device storage on my Q10. I didn't know it was possible until I saw these comments. I'll have to give it a try.

    Wrong

    Not entirely wrong.

There are different types of access, and different ways to set that access.

" Removable Drive" access, where it's labeled as such on the PC, is only available to an inserted SD card, and only when Mass Storage Mode is turned ON in Settings, and while the device is plugged into the PC with a USB. Although, I've never tried to see if wf-fi access works in that mode. I suspect not

BTW, this access is available plugging into any computer whether that computer has BlackBerry drivers or not. A box pops up on the phone giving you options on what access you want to give the computer, or if you just want to charge it up.

With, mass storage mode OFF, then with the drivers installed, you get a virtual network connection to both SD and internal memory of the device. That's when you see the the drives Y: for SD card, and Z: for Flash memory. You can get that same access over wi-fi if you turned it on in Link. That's the only way to access the internal memory. But, internal memory is never accessed as a "Removable Drive". Reason is security. As a network drive, only a certain portion can be given access.
