Hello, I updated my BB z10 to 10.3.1 and now when i turn on the device I see only black screen. I reloaded the OS but this not work for me. I tried to update with the browser but with no results. What can I do ?

Yes, my computer recognize my phone. But my phone turn on normaly just screen is black and i only see red light, this happend after the update, screen is not bad.

When I try to download , the download stops always at 735 m. Can you give me other link?

Typically this happens when you neglect to install one of the components needed to make the os work properly, like a radio or the correct core. What method did you use to install the os? Can you tell us more about "installed via browser" ?

I tried this method with the Explorer but does not work . I used Blackberry link too but problem still exist. Can you tell me more about "radio" and "correct core" ? First time I hear about.

I would use Jaydees guide, and reload your OS™ with an AutoLoader. It's in her signature.

If you download and run an autoloader you don't need Sachesi.

Back up your data in link (if needed)
Run an AutoLoader for the your phones model

Download OS to PC. Unzip the file and connect device by USB cable to PC. Double click the exe file. The OS will auto update ( if have passwords " key in") and sit back to relax. The Update is completely the device will restart .

I tried to load 10.3.1 and 10.3.2 and 10.3.2 OS and every time i have black screen. The phone turn on to configuration but i have black screen and i only see red light when i turn on the device.

Have you tried plugging in your device to a TV via HDMI?

Some news, when i connect bb to hdmi i see screen on tv (haha) . I tried maybe 10 times to load the OS for my z10, I only used the OS for STL100-2

I saw a lot of threads with the same problem after update. This happend for many peoples.

Good news. At least you can backup your phone, and do what you need to do prior to sending your device for repair. I see no other option at this point.
