will i able to login my windows live id in BB Z10 and load contacts ?

No, Windows Live is for Microsoft, not BlackBerry

If you set up your email as exchange you'll be able to sync your contacts. I've heard google maps can be side loaded into the Z10 but there's a few apps in bb world that give you access to Google maps.
