Hi people, I had an update this morning on BlackBerry world, so I updated and now when I go back into BlackBerry world and then my world, then go onto apps and games I have this message keep coming up ( unable to receive digital locker for user 93399504), I haven't got a clue as to what it is or what it's for, so I'm hoping somebody out there knows what it is and can help me figure out what it is. I took my other Z10 back to carphonewarehouse this morning because of that message but when I imputed all of my details back into the new phone there it was again the same message, so it's got me thinking is it anything to do with my account, any help will do.

Hi, goto appworld.blackberry.com and sign in to that, and on the list of devices, see if the new one is linked to your account. If it isn't then you may have to get the device re-associated with your device
