    A Pearl, a Bold 9900 and a Torch. All three people "love" their Blackberry devices. I showed them the Z10. "But I like the keyboard," they say. I say "Look at the Q10." Is it really that good, they ask. Yes, I answer.

    These people seem hesitant to commit to the new device for fear the company won't be around. I have tried to disabuse them of that notion.
