I have a verizon Z10 and upgraded to 10.1 on Friday and had some rather annoying issues. I'm considering doing a wipe and restore. My question is, even tho I did the update on Friday it says the last back up was done on july 3 wich is well before last friday. Now I hooked up to the laptop and link tonight , the most recent pics and folders show up on the laptop. I would imagine this is considered "sync". Does anyone know the specific difference between data saved from sync and backup? Cuz if backup contains more of the OS data and saved app info, this would mean my last backup has only my 10.0 data. Now if this is the case I would think I could do a wipe and restore back to stock then reinstall 10.1 and then restore my personal data thru link? Any help is apprecited

While you stuff should sync back, I would STILL make a complete backup before the wipe JUST to be safe.
