As the header says, I can't sign in on BB Link for Mac. Well, I can sign in, but it says it does not recognize my device. I can do it all on Windows Link, and everything else is working, including BB World. BB World "knows" I have a Z10.

I've uninstalled Link, removed all the application support files, reinstalled to the latest Link for Mac, removed my device, added it in again, everything I know how to do. I can backup and restore from the Mac Link, but remote access doesn't work.
Maybe it's that I'm using a leaked beta, 2354, although I updated the radio to the latest 2026 which is what AT&T is now using. I am not, of course, using the AT&T official OS, which is an earlier version than 2354. Is that the problem?

I am having the somewhat the same problem, only on windows XP and Vista computers
So far have found no answer
I tweeted BBHELP, but no response so far.

Remote file access worked while I was using 10.1.0.2354 but has stopped since I have been running the leaked. 4537.

My error message says my ID is not associated with BB10.

Yes, that's exactly what my error message says. Must be a systemic problem. I wonder if anyone /not/ on a leaked version but using an official OS 10 version is having this problem.

Same issue here. Win7, updated Link. Tried wipes and reboots. No joy. I'm seeing a pattern... unfortunate, since. 4543 is great otherwise.

This is happening to me with 2354. Strange thing is, it used to work--Remote Access and everything.

Damn, I thought I was the only one. Running an official OS, signed out, signed back in, un-installed Link, rebooted phone, tried everything.

    Windows 8 here.

So, this is cross platform and OS-independent. The obvious and maybe only conclusion to reach here is that something is broken centrally at the level of the BlackBerry ID registration and/or its connection with BlackBerry Link, again centrally. Why and how this would have happened is the big question. How BB lets this sort of thing happen is another question.

I have been running the official OS10.1 from AT&T for about a week, and I cannot connect with Link. Also, my Windows 7 64-bit PC will not map the BlackBerry drives anymore. Any ideas?

I just saw this--thanks! I re-registered, and it now allows me to sign in with my BB ID. It also shows my Mac on the Remote Access screen, but I couldn't see my directories on the Mac. I turned off the Mac firewall, then could see the directories and files on the Mac, then turned the firewall back on (with options set to allow Blackberry Link app and Blackberry link), and now I'm back to where I was.

So, now I know about re-registering. It sort of too much to go through, and how is anyone supposed to know this? CrackBerry abusers solve most problems.

    I'm on AT&T on a -3 phone, from AT&T,
z10-4 is a Verizon phone. I have no idea about those and Verizon.
    Ask Version maybe.
