    I've got this problem solved!!!

    the issue I described in this post occurred when I had both usb connected and wifi sync on..... I tried to turn the wifi off and use only the usb cable to sync, and this finally worked! this may not be so technical, but if the same problem occurs to you, try this method ! thanks for those who gave me suggestions ; )



    Hey guys I'd like to share my painful experience of syncing my Z10 with BB Link for Mac and see if anyone else got the same issue.

    I plugged my Z10 into my mac and launched the BB Link for Mac, and the syncing process started after I picked 8 pictures to transfer to my z10. However my Z10 began to get disconnected with my Mac and then got reconnected in 15 seconds, and this process just repeated again and again.

    Anyone has the same issue or any idea about how to fix this?

    While I'd consider the link software to be clunky its functional and a decent start at "syncing", I haven't had the problems that you've described. Maybe it's worth removing the link software and retrying it? Also, I think I have my preferences setup to take all of the pictures and insert them into iPhoto automatically so perhaps it's the selective process you're going through that's making it more challenging. I'll share with you that the whole link and sync software process makes me very nervous...

    What version of the Mac OS are you running?

    Do you have the latest version of BB Link ? I seem to remember a user having a similar problem several weeks ago and they said it was fixed in the latest version of BB Link.

    Yes I downloaded the latest version of BBLink from the official site of BlackBerry, maybe I should check my Mac now...

    I went through the same thing. Actually when wifi was on, surfing on my mac was really slow too.

    I turned it off too.


    I also think something is wrong with my card because even plugging the micro sd into the computer it was still slow.
