Could someone be able to help. I am now using new BB 10 and I got my contacts transferred from my blackberry torch. I realise some contacts name don't appear when they call me but when I do get a text from them their name shows. Grrrrrrrr. I have contacted Blackberry help and they have asked for my model and software which I have provided but not heard anything as yet. Anyway my model is Blackberry 10 OS and software version is 10.0.9.348. I will appreciate if someone could assist in solving this issue. Not having a good start to this device so far. Hope my luck changes with some positive help. Thanks

I may have an answer for you.. I've experienced the same problem. Check if you contacts which names don't appear when they call you have the number saved with you country code (+xxx....). If so, erase the country code and then save. See if it works. It worked with mine, but this is a problem they will have to fix
