Hello I am trying to side load snap on a z10 on my pc at work. I've loaded 6 other 10. When I click on the IP number to open it it I get the message Web page is not available. I've tried 2 different pc and this actually started last Thursday. Any suggestions

You might try restarting both devices.

But you have done this before but suddenly it is not working?

I had that happen the other day and it finally worked. I have set up a Static IP address for my phone and use that.

Let's see if someone else has any suggestions.

How do you set up a static IP for your phone and what does it do. I'm finding that interesting

This is what was posted a while ago on the Playbook forum and I used it on the Playbook and then used it on my BB phones including the 9930 and now the Z10. Just assign a number not used by other stuff. It makes it easy and since it does not change, you can actually create a Win Exploer shortcut to open the disk(s) on the z10.

    Fixed or Static address

If you go to 'Wi-Fi' on your PlayBook and select 'Saved Networks' under 'Select a network', edit your wireless network and uncheck 'Automatically obtain IP address'... there you can set a static address for your PlayBook to use.

    Your typical settings will be:

IP Address: 192.168.X.X (this will be your local network... if your linksys sits on 192.168.1.X then your IP can be anything between 192.168.1.1 - 192.168.1.254... obviously it can't be the same IP as your linksys or any active device on the network)
    Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
Primary DNS: (I use OpenDNS) 208.67.222.222
    Secondary: 208.67.220.220
Default gateway: 192.168.X.X (the IP you use to access the linksys page)

It may be easier doing this on the linksys device it self... try and find a page which lets you enter a hostname, MAC address, IP address and lease time.
