Has it just started?

I'm on 10.3.2.2239 with the Verizon 10.3.2.2340 Radio.... and it was about average battery life. But over the week last five days my battery life has fallen off a lot.

Checking Battery usage in Device Monitor for 48 Hours..
90% SYSTEM
26% PIM Services
24% Standby
14% Android Player
5.2% Browser
4.2% Display

not sure why the percentage don't add up, but it seems that the SYSTEM is doing something. I've tried a HARD RESET, and I haven't installed any new apps in the last week. There was an update in BBW for a couple of apps... I have several in Google Play that need updating but I haven't done those yet.

Might need to try a wipe or a new OS.

Too be honest I'd:

1) Do a hardest - both volume keys held.... then check
2) I'd uninstall any recently installed or updated apps and see if that changes anything
4) Delete your email accounts and add them back one at a time and check usages between them.
5) Do a security wipe its under setting > security (but you'll want to backup before doing that)
6) Change the Radio software or both the Radio and the OS... BB10 Leaked/Beta OS - BlackBerry Forums at CrackBerry.com (again do a backup)

Only one solution on this problem..
I.e. Use power bank anytime anywhere....
