I'm running 10.2.1.2102 on STL100-3 at 70% brightness and I'm gonna bring it down to 50%

Yes it does, about double thickness. Slightly heavier. the back cover for the battery has a decent feel to it, so no complaints here.

I came back to the Z10 from a note 2. Even with the battery it's a small phone.

One thing I tried was turning off the swipe to wake. Yes it was hard to do because I just love that about bb10. But when the phone is not constantly at the ready for a swiping to wake gesture, the standby time lasts a lot longer. So I do this if I know I'll be away from my charger for a while and using the phone a lot.

I wouldn't want to change the dimensions of the phone either. It?s sleek the way it is.

I'm often in my car for work, so I make a habit to plug in charger (kept in vehicle) to phone when ever I'm in the vehicle.

I usually make it to bedtime before it goes on charger for the night...

Still might get 1900mah Mugen battery.

I am also now considering it. How much thicker does this case make the phone? How does the back cover feel, this is why I've never considered these before. But I'm sitting on my just about two hour bus ride which I do almost every day and my battery is already at 70% so I'll be charging when I arrive.

I don't understand how the battery is so bad. I can't imagine if I was on Bluetooth ever/had it on or left other things on like vibrate etc. I've never had such battery life in a phone. I hope 10.3 brings some serious battery life optimizations.

Loading the 10.3.0.296 sure had a great effect on my battery life.

Being able to keep my brightness at 50%, scroll through Twitter and chat on Facebook often with 3G keeps me up about 10-12 hours, when it only lasted me 5-6 when I was in 10.2.1.
