    Why is everyone still yanking out their batteries? Don't you think that could lead to filesystem corruption, and subsequently random reboots? How often do you yank the battery out of your laptop?

    Per BlackBerry Help:
    If your BlackBerry device is running slower than usual or not responding, turning off and turning back on your device might help to solve the problem.

    Do one of the following:
    To restart your device, press and hold the Power/Lock key on the top of your device. Tap .
    To reset your device, press and hold the Power/Lock key for ten seconds.

    No need for a battery pull, if you have a problem just reset your Z10.

    yeah i dont get it, i never even used to pull the battery on my 9900. i have no clue why people are still doing it on their z10

    Never had a reason to pill the battery. I have restarted the device about 3 times but that's about it.
