Greetings from Portugal
Last week I bought a Blackberry Z10. A big moving forward from my BB8520�
Since Saturday I'm having some problems on battery and was wondering if they are normal or if I should exchange the phone for another Z10.
Saturday I left the phone on charge all night and when turned on, still plugged, although the LED was green, the battery was only 50% loaded.
Since then, when I put it to charge at night, turned off or kept in sleep mode, the battery in the morning is always below 100%.
With very little use (some phone calls, emails and net) the battery withstands from 8:00 AM until 9:00 PM.
Du you think this is normal? It will be a battery problem or the phone software?
I would appreciate your opinion.

Apps: CB10, Free Solitaire, Battery Saver, Fuel Locator (a Portuguese app)

My opinion is that 4181 is not a real good OS. Maybe try the most current 10.1 leak. The fact that it said 50% but was green says there is an OS issue. I know everyone loves these battery apps but to me a running app is just killing the battery even faster. If I take it easy on mine few emails, bbm, and some Facebook mine will easily last from a full 24hrs before it dies. Now if I am surfing all day and playing games it will last about 12 hrs.

What charger are you using? I use a 1amp charger and it is 100% in 1 1/2 hour charging.

I'm using the charger that came in the phone package.
It takes 3 to 4 hours to get fully charged. But afterwards it starts to drain even if it's keept turne off.
Removed the battery app, and the solitaire app.

Charger or cable might be the case. Try using different charger.

I've also used once the usb cable that came with the bb 8520 to charge and connecto bb-link. Same problem as with the charger the ceme in the package...

i also think the .4181 is not very battery friendly.

Sort of solved, by operating only in 2G and 3G. Thanks!
