After having the device since the first day until now, I finally realized that the battery is somehow moveable and there is a clicking noise while touching it. At first, I thought it had something to do with the back cover or something until I noticed it was indeed from the battery and nothing else. I checked up with my friend's device and it seemed okay. Do I have to return it or what?

Are you sure it's not the NFC contacts?

Ever since I got my BlackBerry with NFC (9900 and now Z10), the back has made a *click* noise.

What do you mean by that? How does it have to do with the back cover or even the battery? Could you clarify more on that please?

Of course because it seems I am the only one with this problem I guess.

The NFC contacts are spring loaded in the Z10, so pushing on that area of the battery door may be what is being referred to.

I don't know if Bold was talking to me or OP, but I'll explain my self.

Essentially, Yandar is right. The contacts are spring loaded and can "jiggle" around a little. If you tap the right spot of your Z10's back, you can slightly hear them.

They're not loose, but if you look at yours, they're designed to have a little give.

Actually it has nothing to do with NFC or any of that. If you touch at the very top back of the car, I noticed there's a sound and found out what the problem was. It was the battery - I don't know if there's something wrong with it and I would have to replace with a new one or with the device which is inside of it. Any help on what to do here?
